Ticket policy
We wish to remind all Travel Club members that all EURO 2020 tickets purchased are for the sole use of the ticket holder. Transferring or unofficially selling on tickets breaches our membership rules and UEFA's ticketing Terms and Conditions. Members attempting to profit from fellow England fans will be breaking the law.
The ESTC and FA Security teams will look to take the strongest possible action against any members identified to be selling or advertising the sale of their EURO 2020 tickets. If it becomes apparent that Travel Club members are selling on their EURO 2020 tickets, all remaining tickets in their order may be cancelled without refund.
If you were unsuccessful with your application for EURO 2020 tickets, we strongly advise against purchasing any tickets from unofficial sources such as Viagogo, Ticketbis and Stubhub. These tickets could be invalid or counterfeit. As previously communicated, we will continue to lobby UEFA for an additional allocation of tickets to EURO 2020 with the objective of assisting members who missed out.
If we're able to secure an additional allocation of tickets, the website will be updated accordingly with further details.
London travel
UEFA have teamed up with the City of London to provide ticket holders with free matchday travel on London's TFL network. A travel card will be issued to ticket holders via the UEFA EURO 2020 app closer to the tournament. Please ensure to check which lines, zones and services accept the travel card before you head to Wembley.
To access the travel card, all you need to do is download the official UEFA EURO 2020 app onto your mobile device and login using exactly the same details you used to apply and pay for your tickets. If someone else purchased your tickets, you can still download the app on your device and once the lead applicant has transferred you your tickets, you'll be able to access the travel card.
Important: EURO 2020 tickets and travel cards are not available to download on the app yet. These will be sent along with further instructions, closer to the tournament.
Variations of the travel card will be available for matches at EURO 2020 where a fan has a valid match ticket. In most host cities, the travel card will only be valid on matchday and for a certain time period - in most cases from early morning until after the match. There will be a countdown clock on your travel card which will show how long it's valid for.

FAN ID
If England end up playing their Quarter Final match at St Petersburg Stadium and you do not have a valid match ticket but still wish to go to Russia, you will need to have a 30-day tourist visa in order to enter the country.
At the stadium
All supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There will be an outer security perimeter at all matches where thorough bag and body searches will take place and where mobile tickets will be activated.
Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper will not be permitted inside any stadiums at EURO 2020. We recommend taking as little with you as possible to the stadium to ensure a smooth entry and avoid potentially missing the start of a match.
Flags and banners are permitted, however the maximum size is 2 x 1.5 metres. Please ensure that all flags are non-flammable and do not display any offensive or inappropriate messages or images.
Small power banks will be permitted inside the stadiums.
