England MU19s will kick-off their new campaign with a double header against Scotland at St. George’s Park in October.

Under the charge of Ian Foster, who coached the same age group as MU18s last term, the Young Lions will face the Auld Enemy at the national football centre on Thursday 8 and Sunday 11 October.

The majority of the group were capped as MU18s last season, but there’s a first call-up for Aston Villa defender Kaine Kesler and Leeds United’s Charlie Cresswell as the new season begins.

And a number of the squad have changed clubs since last term, such as strikers Joe Gelhardt and Sam Greenwood who have joined Leeds United from Wigan Athletic and Arsenal respectively.

Ian Foster will be taking the MU19s squad in the 2020-21 season

Midfielder Jensen Weir is now on the books of Brighton & Hove Albion having also left Wigan, while defender Luke Matheson is sporting the gold of Wolverhampton Wanderers after a switch from Rochdale.
