UEFA have announced changes to their ticketing terms and conditions, refund policy and the privacy notification regarding the UEFA Euro 2020™ tournament.
All lead bookers will receive an email this week from UEFA outlining the changes that have been made. It is therefore the responsibility of all lead bookers to inform their guests of the relevant changes.
If you disagree with the changes, or your circumstances have since changed, UEFA are offering ticket holders the opportunity to return tickets for a full refund.
We are aware of the issues being raised by supporters regarding these changes. We will work with our partners at UEFA to provide further clarity on the revised terms and conditions and update members shortly.
UEFA have outlined that the cancellation needs to be done by lead members, i.e. the original tickets buyers, and the cancellation will reflect the entire file. No single ticket cancellation in an order will be allowed.
Please be aware that tickets purchased within the England Supporters Travel Club are strictly non-transferable in line with the Terms and Conditions of the membership. All ticket buyers returning their tickets will receive a full refund from UEFA by the end of February 2021.
The ticket return window is now open and will close at 1pm (UK time) on 26 January 2021.
To access the return portal simply head to UEFA’s website and select ‘Return Tickets Now’.
Please be aware that if you have forgotten your Username or Password we will be unable to assist you on this matter. If you are unable to obtain these details by following the ‘I forgot my password’ instructions please contact UEFA directly.
