England face Ukraine in the Quarter-Final on Saturday 3 July 2021

England will play in the Semi-Final of UEFA Euro 2020 on Wednesday 7 July at Wembley Stadium

The England Supporters Travel Club will have an allocation of at least 8,477.  We are still working with UEFA to finalise the total allocation and secure more tickets.

The number of tickets in each category are:

Category 1 RV (€595):    at least 25
Category 2 RV (€345):
at least 29
Category 3 (€195):
at least 3,230
Fans First (€85):             at least 5,136
Easy Access (€195):
37
Wheelchair (€195):
20

With the short turnaround between the Quarter-Final and the Semi-Final we had to establish sale rules in advance of receiving confirmation of our final allocation.  We are also restricted by a sale deadline and are unable to sell any tickets past 7pm on Monday 5 July.

Ticket sales will be phased over two days in priority order.

From Sunday 4 July all 8,438 members who were successful for tickets in the original 2019 application process, and did not choose to return them, will be given access to the sale in three timed sales windows (based on caps) as detailed below.

We are still awaiting confirmation on how Wheelchair and Easy Access tickets will be sold .  All members who originally applied for these tickets will be emailed separately on Sunday 4 July with further instructions.

From Monday 5 July the remaining tickets will be sold, based on a ballot using the 70/20/10% rule, from the 5,668 members who either:

a) were successful for tickets in the original 2019 application process but requested a refund
b) applied back in 2019 and were unsuccessful

Based on the original number of members who applied back in 2019 we do not expect this sale to extend to ‘Group 3’.

ONLY THOSE WHO ORIGINALLY APPLIED FOR THIS FIXTURE VIA THE ENGLAND SUPPORTERS TRAVEL CLUB APPLICATION IN 2019 WILL BE CONSIDERED IN THESE SALE WINDOWS.

ONLY CAPS EARNED BEFORE THE INITIAL APPLICATION PROCESS IN 2019 WILL BE CONSIDERED.  YOUR ‘EURO 2020’ CAPS TOTAL WAS EMAILED TO YOU ON 11 MARCH 2021.

If you have secured tickets by the UEFA General Sale then any tickets purchased in this sale may be cancelled.

All tickets will be sold via UEFA's Ticket Portal

Ticket Prices and seat allocations are managed by UEFA.

Key Points for Sale Windows:

  • If a junior member under the age of 16 is in a separate window to you, you will need to buy all tickets, in one order, during the sale widow of the member who is latest in the day to be seated together. The maximum you can purchase in one order is 4 tickets

For example, if your son or daughter is in Sale Window 3, and you purchase your ticket in Sale Window 1, there is no guarantee that UEFA can allocate your seats together.  This may result in the junior member being refused entry by UEFA at the stadium if they are under the age of 16

  • There will be no facility to link orders during any Sale Window

  • UEFA may not be able to reallocate seats on match day

Whilst we appreciate Sale Window 4 will be a small number of tickets offered to a large portion of members this is something we have had to put in place due to the limited time available before the deadline on sales.

Sale Windows 1 to 3 are balloted based on priority and tickets are guaranteed within each of these windows.

We are very pleased to have secured more Fans First and Category 3 tickets than we initially had for this fixture, allowing more members to have cheaper tickets.
