The last draw of the 2020-21 Emirates FA Cup campaign will be held on Sunday 21 March, following a weekend of quarter-final action.
Fans will be able to see the semi-final draw made at half time of the tie between Leicester City and Manchester United, which is being screened live on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer in the UK.
Southampton were the first team to book their place in the last four with a 3-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth, with Moussa Djenepo grabbing the opener before Nathan Redmond added a brace to seal the deal on the south coast.
Ilkay Gundogan and Kevin De Bruyne then struck late for Manchester City to see the six-time winners past Everton, before Chelsea booked their ticket to Wembley with a 2-0 victory over Sheffield United, with an Oliver Norwood own goal and late Hakim Ziyech strike enough to beat the Blades.
The final match comes on Sunday, as Leicester City take on Manchester United at the KingPower Stadium, which begins at 5pm GMT.
