Following a closely-contested set of fixtures in the fifth rounds of both the Buildbase FA Trophy and Buildbase FA Vase, hopes are high for another set of intense games as we enter the quarter final stages of the two competitions.
The draw for the quarter finals took place on talkSPORT2’s Social programme, with former Republic of Ireland international David Connolly once again performing the honours.
First up was the Buildbase FA Vase draw, which, as we reach the latter stages, will now be played nationally rather than regionally.
Sixth round games in the Buildbase FA Vase will be played on Saturday 12 March 2022.
Whitchurch Alport v Newport Pagnell Town
Loughborough Students v Wythenshawe Town
Littlehampton Town v North Shields
Hamworthy United v Southall
This was followed by the quarter final draw of the Buildbase FA Trophy, with ties also taking place on Saturday 12 March 2022.
Bromley v Solihull Moors
Needham Market v Stockport County
Notts County v Wrexham
Dagenham & Redbridge v York City
Successful teams in this round of the Buildbase FA Vase will earn £4,125, whilst teams who make it through to the semi-finals of the Buildbase FA Trophy will earn £7,500.
Losing teams will receive £1,350 and £2,000, respectively.
