Charge 1 (JMK): FA Rule E3 – Improper Conduct Against a Match Official (including threatening and/or abusive language)
Charge 2 (ERRFC): FA Rule E20 – Failed to ensure Players and/or Officials and/or Spectators conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Sanction 1 (JMK): 218-day suspension, a £50 fine, a mandatory education course to be undertaken before the suspension is served and 6 penalty points. 
Sanction 2 (ERRFC): £50 fine and 5 penalty points
Result
Appeal allowed (JMK); sanction reduced to 126-days suspension and quashed Club penalty points in their entirety; the remainder of the sanction remains as was imposed by the Disciplinary Commission.
