Sheffield United and Wrexham have been sanctioned following a mass confrontation during their match on Tuesday 13 August in the EFL Cup.
Both clubs admitted that they failed to ensure their players did not behave in an improper and/or provocative way around the 94th minute.
An independent Regulatory Commission imposed an £8,500 fine on Sheffield United during a hearing. Wrexham accepted a standard £2,500 penalty.
