Brentford won 12-1 against Tilehurst Panthers

Brentford beat Tilehurst Panthers 12-1 as they cruised into the Adobe Women's FA Cup third round qualifying.

Nikki Woods and Chloe Logie scored hat-tricks in a comfortable win for the Bees.

Elsewhere, Bungay Town produced a fine performance as they got the better of higher-ranked opposition in Newmarket Town in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup second round qualifying.

Bethany Turner and Hazel Saddington grabbed the goals for step seven Bungay, who are now into the third round qualifying.

They are joined in the next round by Bitton, who came through a penalty shootout against Hereford Pegasus.

Becky Sullivan’s strike salvaged a shootout for Bitton as she made it 3-3 deep into stoppage time. And from there, Bitton were able to make it count in the spot kicks, winning the shootout 5-3.

One of the ties of the round came as Oughtibridge War Memorial fought back from two goals down to see off Sheffield Wednesday 5-3.

After a goalless first half, the visitors opened up a 2-0 leading, only for Oughtibridge to hit back with two quick goals of their own.

Nicole Shaw put Wednesday back in front, but from there, Oughtibridge ran away with it, scoring three times to take the win over a team in the league above.

There was a thriller played out between Long Eaton United and Bugbrooke St Michael, who could not be split at the end of 90 minutes, with the scores level at 2-2.

A penalty shootout was required to split the teams and it was Long Eaton who eventually came through, taking it 6-5.

For the second round running, Leicester City Ladies were 5-3 winners, this time the step six side came out on top by that scoreline away to step five Nottingham Trent University to progress.

Nantwich Town are another step seven team who progressed, getting the better of Mossley Hill 3-2, with Amanda Fallon sending the Dabbers on their way. South London progressed by the same scoreline as they travelled up to Camden Town.
