Sanction: a £20 fine, a 3-league point deduction, 3-league points won in the match awarded to opposition
Result: Appeal Allowed: remitted for a rehearing.

Cheshunt FC v Hertfordshire FA – 5 December 
Appellant: Club
Charge:  FA Rule E12 - (Club) Failed to comply with a decision of the Association
Sanction: a £100 fine, 8 Club penalty points
Result: Appeal Allowed: sanction varied: fine reduced to £50 and penalty points reduced to 5 Club penalty points. 

Lincoln Bellett v Essex FA – 9 December 
Appellant: Player (open age)
Charge: FA Rule E3 - Improper Conduct - Assault or Attempted Assault on a Match Official
Sanction: 3-year suspension, to complete a face-to-face education course, 9 Club disciplinary points
Result: Appeal Dismissed.

Leon Rennison v Oxfordshire FA – 9 December 
Appellant: Player (16 y/o)
Charge: FA Rule E3 - Improper Conduct - Assault or Attempted Assault on a Match Official
Sanction: 5-year suspension from 02/10/2024 to 02/10/2029, to complete a face-to-face education programme, 9 penalty pointes imposed against the club.
Result: Appeal Allowed: remitted for a rehearing.

Leek Town Ladies v West Midlands Regional Women’s League – 10 December 
Appellant: Club (Tier 6)
Charge: League Rule 20E – Failure to fulfil a fixture
Sanction: fixture awarded to the opposition, a £100 fine
Result: Appeal Dismissed.

Sanction: 3-match suspension, a £40 fine, 7 penalty points
Result: Appeal Allowed: remitted for a rehearing. 

Solihull Moors Ladies v The FA Women’s National League – 17 December

Charge: League Rule 20.E.i – Failure to fulfil a fixture
Sanction: 1-point deduction, £250 fine (suspended for 24/25 season), the fixture to be rescheduled
Result: Appeal Dismissed. 

Paige Lowden v Hampshire FA – 19 December

Charge: FA Rule E1 - Failed to comply with Rules and Regulations of the Football Association
Sanction: a £125 fine
Result: Appeal Allowed: charge and sanction quashed.
