Sheffield United and Coventry City have been fined £80,000 and £10,000 respectively for the mass confrontation at their match in the EFL Championship on Saturday 23 November 2024.
The FA alleged that both clubs failed to ensure their players and/or technical area staff did not behave in an improper and/or provocative way around the tunnel area at half time.
Sheffield United and Coventry City admitted and denied their respective charges. An independent Regulatory Commission found the charge against Coventry City to be proven and imposed these fines on the clubs after a hearing.
