England v Canada
U20s International Match
7.30pm, Wednesday 12 November
Goldsands Stadium, Bournemouth
Goldsands Stadium has hosted five England youth internationals in the past eight years.
In 2007 more than 10,000 fans watched James Vaughan score a brace as England U19s beat Poland 4-1, while in 2006 former Bournemouth trainee Adam Lallana was on the scoresheet as the U18s beat Slovenia 2-1.
The fixture follows victorious England’s Four Nation Tournament campaign – during which the U20s beat Germany and hosts Holland, before securing the point they needed against Turkey to win the competition.
The U20s' last game on home soil was a 6-0 victory over Romania at Telford in September and Boothroyd will be looking to continue his unbeaten run.
Tickets for the game will cost £3 for adults and £1 for under-16s, with more information on the sale of tickets to be released shortly on afcb.co.uk and TheFA.com.
