Former Watford boss Boothroyd, who was in charge of the U20s last season, began his tenure of the U19s with an impressive 3-2 win in Germany at the beginning of September that was followed up with a 1-1 draw away to Croatia.
The squad includes 12 members of the group that won the Euros at U17 level in 2014, with 13 of the party having already made senior debuts at club level.
